Amy Crosby, Registered Psychologist

Amy Crosby is a Registered Psychologist who is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming. She brings warmth, curiosity, and compassion to the therapeutic space. Amy enjoys working collaboratively with clients, utilising evidence-based approaches to guide and support an individual’s unique needs, goals and challenges. She believes that healing happens when clients feel truly heard, respected, and supported in a safe, non-judgmental way.


Amy has a particular interest in supporting children (aged 3-12), adults and older
adults. She has lived experiences in many of the areas of her clinical focus, bringing
a unique understanding of these challenges. Amy’s approach is grounded in
empathy, evidence-based care, and an openness to ongoing learning.
Amy draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
for Insomnia (CBTi), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and
EMDR.


Amy can guide you in creating meaningful changes, growing resilience, and building
psychological flexibility at your own pace. Amy currently works as part of the in-house team at Camberwell Therapy Hub, a boutique therapy space in the heart of Camberwell. Amy is currently taking new referrals.

  • Autism, ADHD and developmental disorders

  • Anger, emotional regulation and big feelings

  • Self-Esteem and confidence issues

  • Adjustment difficulties

  • Stress and burnout

  • Interpersonal difficulties, peer conflict and assertiveness skills

  • Parenting challenges and support

Fees & Rebates 

A standard 50-minute consultation with Amy is $220.

With a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and GP referral, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $98.95 per session. Rebates are typically processed on your behalf after each session.

Amy also welcomes NDIS participants who are self or plan-managed.
