Neehara Ravikumar, Registered Psychologist
Neehara is a registered psychologist who works with older adolescents aged 16+ and adults. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, perfectionism, burnout, difficulties with confidence and self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and challenges related to ADHD and autism. Neehara offers a warm, collaborative and practical approach, helping clients better understand themselves, navigate difficult experiences and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
Neehara also works as a relationship therapist, supporting both individuals and couples with relationship and communication difficulties. She helps clients better understand unhelpful patterns within their relationships, manage conflict more effectively, communicate their needs and build stronger, more connected relationships.
With a background in semi-professional basketball, Neehara has a particular interest in supporting athletes and other high-performing individuals. She understands the pressures that can accompany demanding sporting, professional and workplace environments, including performance anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, burnout and the challenge of maintaining well-being alongside ambitious goals. Her work supports clients to perform at their best without losing sight of their broader identity, relationships and emotional well-being.

Fees & Rebates
A standard 50-minute consultation with Neehara is $230. Please note after hours appointments (after 5pm) are $250.
With a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and GP referral, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $101.55 per session. Rebates are typically processed on your behalf after each session.
Neehara also welcomes NDIS participants who are self or plan-managed.
